1. General Policy
Cancellations are subject to charges based on the number of days prior to the scheduled check-in date. The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking amount, and any remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
2. Cancellation Charges
More than 50 days before arrival
- Cancellation fee: 30% of the total booking amount
- Refund: Remaining balance will be refunded
Between 49 and 30 days before arrival
- Cancellation fee: 50% of the total booking amount
- Refund: Remaining balance will be refunded
Between 29 and 1 day before arrival
- Cancellation fee: 100% of the total booking amount
- Refund: No refund applicable
3. Additional Notes
The personal data you provide to Makarska Exklusiv d.o.o. may be used for various purposes depending on your relationship with Makarska Exklusiv d.o.o., for example:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
